Replaced leaking water heater. Jim and James were punctual and professional. Jim explained options up front and when I said go ahead with the replacement, he got started right away and had the job done in about an hour. I have used JL Hearn Plumbing in the past for toilet repairs and was very pleased with their service. As expected, I was pleased with the water heater replacement as well. Had a new water heater installed. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They had to work a couple more hours than expected due to some challenges but the price remained the same. Next time I'm going to remember to offer them (bottled) water!

After noticing our waterline leaking, we called a company that gave us an outrageous price for the repairs needed. Very aggressive as well. But a friend recommended JL Hearn plumbing and I am SO GRATEFUL she did. Jim and James came to take a look at our leak, within less than 30mn they took the time to explain everything that needed to be done at a much more reasonable price. They were ready and willing to fix it right now. I would 100% recommend this company very friendly, professional and efficient. I know who I will be calling for our plumbing issues from now on!

We have an older home with the pipes in the foundation. After time, they leak or burst and cause lots of damage. We knew we had lots that had not been capped and rerouted, so we Got Jerry and his crew to come out. GREAT people! They fixed everything, cleaned up well, and we feel like we made new friends!
The photos show just one area they cleaned up: got rid of the leaking (almost bursting) pipes and put in the latest, best materials. GREAT JOB! Nice people!
